Why Neurodiversity Awareness Matters in Coaching
Just as diversity in general is a reality so is Neurodiversity. We are all neurodiverse. This spans across every demographic and as such is intersectional in nature and influences how people think, feel, and behave.
Although we are all neurodiverse some people are neuro divergent and understanding this is no longer a nice to have option.
Whether coaching clients who present as neurotypical or clients who are Autistic, ADHD, dyslexic, dysphraxic, dyscalculic or who have other unique traits or learning differences, a neurodiversity-informed approach is crucial to providing an efffective and accessible coaching service.
