Intersect Collective is a gathering place for coaches, Consultants and facilitators who are committed to doing deep, transformative work at the intersections of identity, belonging, justice, and personal growth.

Rooted in the belief that individual and collective liberation are interconnected, the Collective offers a space for collaboration, learning, and mutual support. We honour the complexity of lived experience—particularly those shaped by race, gender, neurodivergence, queerness, disability, and class—and we work toward inclusive practices that centre around inclusion, accessibility, equity, and authenticity.

Through coaching, consultancy and training, Intersect Collective invites people, professionals, groups, teams and organisations to come together and embrace difference by empowering authenticity.

A 3 month diploma programme starting February 2026

5 live modules, each with two 4-hour interactive group sessions

This comprehensive CPD programme is designed for coaches who want to deepen their understanding of neurodiversity, gain insights and develop skills to enhance their coaching practice to effectively meet the needs of clients with diverse ways of thinking & learning.

Upon successful completion of this experiential learning programme, participants will be awarded a Diploma in Neurodiversity Informed Coaching and will be Certified by Intersect to use the title “Neurodiversity Informed Coach”.

Why Neurodiversity Awareness Matters in Coaching

Just as diversity in general is a reality so is Neurodiversity. We are all neurodiverse. This spans across every demographic and as such is intersectional in nature and influences how people think, feel, and behave.

Although we are all neurodiverse some people are neuro divergent and understanding this is no longer a nice to have option.

Whether coaching clients who present as neurotypical or clients who are Autistic, ADHD, dyslexic, dysphraxic, dyscalculic or who have other unique traits or learning differences, a neurodiversity-informed approach is crucial to providing an efffective and accessible coaching service.​

In this interactive training participants will gain awareness, begin to build foundational skills and develop their competence of offer a neuro-inclusive and accessible coaching practice.

• Understand the potential impact of neurodiversity on client follow-through and engagement.

• Explore effective partnership techniques to help clients recognise how neurodiversity influences their personal and professional lives.

This diploma offers a blend of theoretical learning and practical application. Each module includes space for participants to integrate learning between sessions, ensuring that new insights are deeply embedded into their coaching practice.

This programme provides a general foundation in neurodiversity awareness for coaches, not specialist training in one specific neurotype such as ADHD.
