I am a multi neurodivergent, Irish, gay man who lives on the South West Coast of Ireland, right on the Atlantic coast with my wonderful support dog Oscar.

My passion lies in fostering Neuro Inclusive Professional & Organisational Development. I'm a courageous professional, deeply versed in the complexities of intersectionality, accessibility, systems and culture, dedicated to empowering individuals, teams, and organisations to thrive in truly inclusive environments.

I have over 15 years of operational delivery and transformational change experience across multiple sectors. I combine this robust background with expert psychological knowledge, cutting-edge learning & development tools and my lived experience as a multi neuro diverse and LGBT+ person.
