Coaching Supervision

What is supervision?

There are many definitions of coaching supervision and the one that resonates most for me is:

“A safe space for reflective dialogue with a practicing supervisor, supporting the supervisee’s practice, development and well-being.

The purpose of supervision is

  1. To ensure the supervisee maintains appropriate professional standards

  2. To facilitate the development of the supervisee’s professional practice

  3. To provide support for the supervisee’s well-being” EMCC Global

Ways we can work together:

Standalone 1:1 supervision

This is a one-off supervision session (1 – 2 hour dependent on your needs) which will get to the heart of a supervision issue.

1:1 supervision programmes

If you are looking for a more long-term supervision relationship, there is an option to commit to 6 or 12 months of support. I offer email &/or phone support throughout the length of your programme. 6 month programme includes 3 x 90 minute sessions & access to 1 group supervision session. 12 month programme includes 6 x 90 minute sessions & access to 2 group supervision sessions.

1:1 Mentor Coaching

An opportunity to have feedback on a recorded coaching session, either using the ICF Core Competencies OR a bespoke set of co-created assessment criteria. If you are looking to work on a specific area of your coaching, requiring ICF mentor coaching hours or simply feel it's time for a check in, this is an ideal opportunity to reflect with a sounding board and gain some objective feedback. 1 hour set up session, 45 mins - 1 hour recorded coaching session with a coachee of your choice followed by 60 minutes mentor coaching once I have viewed or listened to the recording.

Open group supervision

I run an open supervision group throughout the year, that meets monthly for approx. 4 hours. Group numbers are always kept low (6 max). Please let me know if you like a place, I contract for 3 months at a time Jan – March, April – June, July - Sept and Oct - Dec.

Closed group supervision

I run a closed supervision group each year beginning in January, that meets monthly for approx. 4 hours. Group numbers are always kept low (6 max). I offer email &/or phone support throughout the length of the group to each individual member. I will run additional closed groups upon request.
