Coaching Supervision
What is supervision?
There are many definitions of coaching supervision and the one that resonates most for me is:
“A space for reflective dialogue with a practicing supervisor, supporting the supervisee’s practice, development and well-being.
The purpose of supervision is
To ensure the supervisee maintains appropriate professional standards
To facilitate the development of the supervisee’s professional practice
To provide support for the supervisee’s well-being”

What is My supervision PhiLosophy?
My supervision philosophy centres on creating a hot, energetic, and stimulating environment where growth happens through provocation, playfulness, and rough-and-tumble engagement rather than comfort or safety alone.
I see supervision as a dynamic alliance built on mutual learning and commitment to relationship - one that’s co-created, effective, and alive with energy.
My aim is to facilitate supervision that is enlivening, sometimes challenging, and always useful - like a greenhouse where things grow faster in the heat, a place where both supervisor and supervisee learn and develop through active, authentic engagement.
Ways we can work together:
1:1 Supervision
If you are looking to build a 1:1 supervision relationship, there is an option to commit to a 6 or 12 month programme. I offer email &/or phone support throughout the length of your programme for emergencies.
Closed Group Supervision
I run several closed supervision groups each year, that meet monthly or every second month. A closed group means commitment to come to all of the sessions within that calendar year, and no new members can join within that year. Group numbers are kept low to ensure each person's development is adequately tended to. I offer email &/or phone support throughout the length of the programme for emergencies.
